Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup if:

• The issue is reported within 48 hours
• The product is unused, clean, and in its original packaging

• Incorrect size or quantity chosen by the customer
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items used, opened, or altered
• Customized or printed packaging
• Clearance or discounted items
Replacement & Refunds
• Replacements are preferred where possible
• Refunds are issued only when replacement is unavailable
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
